Upcoming Lot Closures
Campus Improvement projects over the next year will impact parking on and around UC Berkeley.
Starting in April 2025, the South Extension and Witter lots will close permanently, and the Bancroft Lot will close temporarily as new parking is built.

We know that closing parking lots has a big impact on how many people get to campus. Parking is going to be more impacted over the next year and half, but we are excited to open a brand new, state of the art parking structure to replace lost spaces in August 2026!
