Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I pay to park in Central Campus or other UC lots not listed above?
Central Campus parking and the other perimeter lots (Bancroft Structure, Berkeley Law Lot, Genetics Garage, etc.) are reserved for UC Permit holders during weekdays before 5:00 p.m. and are not available to the public. Most UC lots, including those in Central Campus, become available after 5:00 p.m. for paid public parking.
I have an ADA placard/plate. Is there any ADA-specific visitor parking?
Visitors displaying a DP placard or plate may park in Dwinelle Lot and along Frank Schlessinger Way on Cal Day. In addition, ADA parking spaces are available at the UC public lots listed above.
I'm driving an RV or bus. Where should I park?
Unfortunately, there is no RV or bus parking in any UC lot. RV or bus parking may be available at Golden Gate Fields.
