Payroll Deduction: Eligible employees (with an FTE of 0.25 or higher) can enroll in our Payroll Deduction Programs to save on commuting expense
- Returning/Canceling Permits: To cancel annual or payroll deduction permits, please complete the Annual or Semester Parking Permit Cancellation Form. For all other permits (e.g. those paid for upfront), e-mail prktrans@berkeley.edu for return instructions.

Employee Permit Purchase Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase an Employee Permit, you must be affiliated with the University. Vehicles parking on campus must either display a valid parking permit or have a virtual permit associated with that vehicle.
