Visitor Parking Hours and Rates

Visitor parking is offered in various locations across campus. In unattended lots, please pay in advance at the pay station and follow all posted signs for current rates, hours, and instructions.

Daily, 5:00 AM to 2:00 AM Campus lots open for parking.
Daily, 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM All campus lots are closed.
Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hourly visitor parking available only in designated visitor areas.
Monday to Friday, after 5:00 PM Hourly public parking available in all campus lots, unless posted otherwise.
Weekends (All Day) Hourly public parking available in all campus lots, unless posted otherwise.

Ticket Dispensing Machines and Rates

Ticket-dispensing machines (TDMs) accept:

  • Cash: $1, $2, $5, $10, $20 bills

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover

Typical rates: $2.50 per hour, up to a $22 daily maximum (valid until 2 a.m.)

Rates may vary. Lower Sproul and Stadium garages are higher; Hill Area and Clark Kerr Campus are lower.

To operate a ticket machine:

  1. Enter your license plate number and press ENTER.

  2. Pay with cash (exact change required) or credit card.

  3. For credit cards, use ADD or SUBTRACT to adjust parking time.

  4. Press ENTER to complete your purchase.

Refunds are not available for purchases made at ticket-dispensing machines.

Refunds are not issued for paid parking purchased from the dispensing machine.
