How do I pay?

Advance payment is required for all events not paid by a UC Berkeley department using a UC Berkeley Intercampus Charge (IOC).

Payment options: fees may be paid through UC Berkeley Intercampus Charge (IOC), cash, or check.

What is the cancellation policy?

Events cancelled less than 4 business days before the event date will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of $75. Depending on the extent of the parking arrangements made, additional service charges may also be assessed.
