Flixbus and Greyhound
Flixbus and Greyhound offer long-distance bus service throughout California, the United States, and Canada. Both companies share a booking platform, so you can book tickets with just one app. Many Flixbus services stop at Crescent Lawn, offering a conveninet pickup and dropoff spot on campus.

Amtrak Bus Routes
Amtrak operates over 15 bus routes in California that connect communities not served by rail. These routes are schedule-coordinated with Capitol Corridor and San Joaquins trains, enabling quick transfers from train to bus and vice versa.
Some bus routes are bookable separately from train service; for example, it is possible to book a bus-only ticket from Eureka to Martinez on Route 7. But some bus ticket purchases must be paired with a train service within the same journey; a direct bus ride from Stockton to Sacramento on Route 3, for instance, cannot be booked without also including a train journey within the same booking.
