Purchasing Permits for More Than 10 Vehicles

If you are planning a special event on campus that requires parking for more than 10 vehicles, special arrangements must be made through Parking and Transportation’s event services division.

If you are ready to proceed with making your group parking arrangements, please follow the steps outlined below.

Make a Reservation

Reserve parking for attendees of department or campus-sponsored special events:

Click here to download a form to fax to the event services division.

Upon receipt of the signed form, event services staff will issue you a confirmation via e-mail or fax. Confirmation will include a total cost estimate for requested services. 

Fees and Payment

Advance payment is required for all events not paid by a UC Berkeley department using a UC Berkeley Intercampus Charge (IOC).

Payment options: fees may be paid through UC Berkeley Intercampus Charge (IOC), cash, or check.

Cancellation: Events cancelled less than 4 business days before the event date will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of $75. Depending on the extent of the parking arrangements made, additional service charges may also be assessed.
