UC Berkeley Campus Shuttles carry over 1 million riders annually, and an average of over 4,300 students per day. On a daily basis, over 50,000 students, employees and visitors frequent the UC Berkeley campus and downtown Berkeley. We have these areas covered with four shuttle routes.

Bus Routes
On Campus Shuttles
Perimeter (3 buses) – Circles the campus and runs through downtown Berkeley. Our most popular route! 6:46 a.m. - 8:46 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Junior and 24 Interiors available on each bus.
Hill (1 bus) – Travels to/from the Lawrence Hall of Science, Botanical Garden, Strawberry Canyon Recreation Area, Mathematical Sciences Research Institute, and Space Sciences Lab. 7:40 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
2 Juniors and 22 Interiors available on each bus.
Central Campus Southside (3 buses) – Runs through the center of campus to Moffitt Undergraduate Library and Main Library. Travels via University Drive – the main thoroughfare through campus.
2 Juniors and 15 Interiors available on each bus.
Off Campus Shuttles
Richmond Field Station (1 bus) – Travels from campus to Richmond via 580 West, with stops at University Village, El Cerrito Plaza and Del Norte BART stations. 6:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
2 Juniors and 16 Interiors available on each bus.
Bonus Time!
Night Safety Shuttle – Many buses operate during the evening hours for the Night Safety Shuttle Service. Runs Monday – Sunday until 6:00 am during the academic year.
