Citation Review Requests can be made by either of the following methods :

1. Complete the “Request For Administrative Review” application

put it in the DROP BOX in the MAIN LOBBY

during office hours

2. CALL (510) 642-5408 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

from 9:00 am until 11:00 am

3. Send an EMAIL to ucappeals@berkeley.edu

4. Submit a LETTER through U.S. mail to:
